Answer: Introduction: The word Ethics refers to the accepted principles of right or wrong that govern the conduct of a person, the members of a profession or the organization. Often the ethics varies in the areas such as in the economic development, politics, legal systems, and based on culture. The culture of a place moulds and shapes the nature of the particular country. Certain practices in one country may be considered as an unethical one when it is judged by other countries. Therefore, the International issues in business ethics are purely relative (Friedman 1970). It is always helpful in this respect to abide by the certain ways of business of different culture. The ethical issue related to one culture depends upon the decision of the individual, or the work group. If as the corporate social responsibility is applied by the use of some incentives it may be taken as a positive or a negative outcome by the different cultures. The employees who are of a particular cultural section are groomed and have education only of the particular section and they are not always open to the new ways of business and to their changed ethics. Sometimes it becomes very difficult to establish business with a culture, which is very different from the former country (Sternberg 2000).
